Hello Friends!
As we finish the month of May we will transition to ELW Setting 8 as our liturgical backdrop throughout the summer. This setting will hopefully bring a joyful familiarity with it as we learned and loved it last summer in our blended worship services. This year, the Praise Team and members of our Wind Ensemble have worked together to blend our worship styles and instrumentations. Each week will offer new instrumental texture to the liturgy as we go throughout the summer.
Have you ever thought about joining the Praise Team? While our choir and handbell ensembles take a ministry break throughout the summer months, our praise team transitions to monthly rehearsals instead of weekly meetings. Join us once a month for laughter, music making, and tacos (yes, tacos) as we rehearse to prepare music for our worship services. For schedule details or more info, please send me an email!
